My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were not only very large but also had a great view of the city. I loved the modern and spacious feel of the apartment, complete with a kitchenette and good Wi-Fi. The staff, from the reception area to the bell boys, were incredibly polite and always willing to help with a smile. However, I did experience a mix-up regarding breakfast inclusion, which was promptly resolved. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in and perfect for our family's requirements. However, the room was not ready on arrival, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was very accommodating and responsive, though they did struggle a bit with my Aussie accent.
